Examples of libraries

There are all kinds of great private libraries worldwide, big and small. Some that range from every category of history, to others that specialize in a certain subject or type of binding. Decide if you want to start off small in your collecting. Do you simply want to start with a book, a set of books, a shelf of books or if you want to build a library. If you do…what size? Do you want a few book shelves full of hand made leather bound books or a wall or two? Maybe you want the whole “enchilada” and want to start with a room full…a library like maybe some of these we are showing you. Or you may want a room full but want to start off building it slow and do so for several years? The possibilities are endless. The images herewith will hopefully give you some ideas of at least maybe the “look” you are trying to achieve. The rest of this site gives you the knowledge and resources to make your dream come true. Let us know how we can help.

The libraries we create for our clients are not done overnight, much planning and searching goes into finding and creating what each client individually is looking for. To find the desired authors takes time if you want to purchase them at reasonable prices. The libraries we build include books from the 15th century to the 19th century and if our customers so desire can include modern first editions up to 1940 which could include Hemmingway, Faulkner, Steinbeck, Fitzgerald etc.
